It shows a common phishing scam that is frequently embedded in ads. Be careful out there.

This is a video only. It lasts just 36 seconds. Do not panic.

If this should happen to you in real life, close the browser tab. If that fails, close the browser. You might need to close with ALT-F4, which will close the selected window. If that doesn't help, try to simply close your computer. Never call the phone number!!!
