Quad9 Update

I did an article recommending Quad9 last month. However, since then, they've added a server cluster in Portland making it even faster. Also, I've found our their alternate or secondary server address which is: 149.112.112.112. So now I recommend using that instead of switching to OpenDNS for the secondary address. Quad9 will give you very fast secure and private DNS while protecting you from many malicious sites. They continue to add security features.
