Second copy 9 is available

Second copy 9 is available. This is an update to the backup program I most often recommend. It should handle non-English language filenames better, has a 64 bit version and should do a better job backing up files that are left open or are in use.

If these improvements are important to you, or you want to upgrade just to stay current, the upgrade price from version 8 is $14.98. Upgrades from even earlier versions are at full price.

The new version is pretty much the same as the old version and if you don't need any of the new features, there is no important reason to upgrade.
