New Fillable forms available

I have many forms available to help my clients (and other consultants). Check them out if you haven't already.

I added two new fillable forms, one for setting up a new computer and one for doing monthly maintenance. These can be copied onto your computer and filled out on your desktop.

I also revised the regular maintenance checklist for those who don't want to use (or have trouble with) the fillable forms.
