Rules for Online Storage

Four simple rules for using online storage.

1. All passwords should be long and unique. Never re-use a password.
   
2. Never try and remember the password for online storage, use a password safe.
3. If files must be secure, encrypt them before they leave your office or home.
4. Have your own copy of the data in addition to the online data.
