Google Art Project

The Google art project is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours or more. though it didn't work well on my tablet, it is great on my desktop. Google has reached an agreement with 150 major art museums and collections in 40 countries to make some of their work available. These are very high resolution images and you can zoom in and really see the brush strokes. In many cases, you can virtually walk through the museum. A video explaining the project is here.
