Ctrl-Enter .com trick Article for: Everyone
Difficulty: Easy Importance: Just a time saver Here's a neat, simple trick to quicken your browsing. If you know the site you want to go to, like for example, Amazon, just enter amazon and press <ctrl>-<Enter> instead of just <Enter>. Your browser will probably add .com to amazon and take you directly there, instead of opening your search engine and forcing you to select it.
The only browser I tested that didn't do this was Cliqz. I emailed them, but they haven't replied yet.
Vivaldi, being Vivaldi, allows you to choose which top-level domain (com, edu, org etc.) to use with <Ctrl> -<Enter>.
